Terms of Service for Next Klin Ltd

1. Introduction

Welcome to Next Klin Ltd! These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your use of our website (nextklin.co.uk), services, and any other related content provided by Next Klin Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

“Client”: Refers to any individual or business that books and uses the services provided by Next Klin Ltd.
“Platform”: Refers to Shopify, the e-commerce platform that hosts our website and processes some of our transactions.

3. Service Agreement

By booking cleaning services through our website or by phone, you agree to the following conditions:

3.1 Booking and Confirmation: All service bookings are subject to availability. Once a booking is made, you will receive confirmation by email or phone. If the requested time slot is unavailable, we will suggest alternative times.
3.2 Service Scope: Our services include residential, commercial, and tenancy cleaning. Any additional services outside the scope of general cleaning must be requested separately. Specific service descriptions can be found on our website or by contacting us directly.
3.3 Modifications and Cancellations: You can modify or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee, equal to 50% of the service price. No-shows will be charged the full amount.


4. Payment Terms and Pricing

4.1 Pricing for Services:
Maintenance Cleaning: £20 per hour, subject to change.
Deep Cleaning, Move-In/Out Cleaning, and Specialized Services: These services are priced based on the job’s scope and may be more expensive due to the complexity. Quotes will be provided beforehand.
4.2 Payment Options:
We offer flexible payment terms depending on the type of client:
Long-Term Clients: Clients with whom we have an established relationship can pay via bank transfer by the end of the service week, typically every Friday. While there is no rush, payments must be completed by Friday to maintain service continuity.
New Clients: For new clients, payment is required either upfront at the time of booking or immediately after the service is completed. Late or delayed payments may result in future service restrictions.
4.3 Payment Methods:
We accept bank transfers for all clients, ensuring a secure and straightforward method of payment.
4.4 Cancellations and Rescheduling:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will result in a 50% charge of the total service fee.
Cancellations on the day of service or no-shows will incur the full charge for the booked service.
Clients may reschedule without charge if done within the 24-hour notice period.

5. Client Responsibilities and Expectations 

5.1 Fixed-Schedule Services:
Clients booking regular, fixed-schedule services (same day/time each week) must honor the reserved time slot. Payments are required even if the client is unavailable unless sufficient notice is given. Our team will provide a replacement cleaner if needed to avoid service interruptions.
Long-term clients should ensure payments via bank transfer are made by Friday to avoid disruption in services.

 

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 Access to Premises: You must ensure that we have access to your property at the agreed time. If you fail to provide access, you may be charged the full service price. You may also need to provide parking, where applicable, and inform us of any restrictions.
5.2 Safety and Property Protection: Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is safe for cleaning and that all valuables are stored appropriately. Next Klin Ltd is not liable for any damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, poorly maintained items, or negligence on the part of the client.

6. Liability

6.1 Service Guarantee: We guarantee that our services will be delivered to the highest professional standards. If you are dissatisfied with the service, you must inform us within 24 hours, and we will take appropriate action to address the issue.
6.2 Limitation of Liability: Next Klin Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the specific service in question.
6.3 Third-Party Platforms: Our website is hosted on Shopify, and we use third-party services for payment processing. While we strive to ensure these platforms are secure, we are not responsible for any issues that arise from Shopify’s platform, including downtime or payment processing errors.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership: All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Next Klin Ltd or its licensors and is protected under UK copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction of this content is prohibited.

8.1 Shopify’s Role: Our website is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our services online.
