By having two team members, we’re able to split the tasks, with each focusing on specific areas of your home. This collaborative approach means every corner is thoroughly cleaned, while the work is completed in half the time, with each cleaner dedicating 4 hours of focused effort. The result? A faster, more detailed, and spotless clean that makes your home shine without taking up your entire day!

2. How can I book a cleaning service?

• You can easily book our services by contacting us through WhatsApp or email. Simply click on the WhatsApp button on our website or send us an email with your requirements, and we’ll get back to you promptly.

• We offer a range of cleaning services, including regular cleaning, deep cleaning, tenancy cleaning, post-construction cleaning, Airbnb cleaning, and more.

4. What is the difference between deep cleaning and regular cleaning?

• Regular Cleaning: £20 per hour for a minimum of 3 hours.
• Deep Cleaning: £25 per hour, as this service requires more time and effort to ensure every corner is thoroughly cleaned. The duration depends on the size and condition of the property, typically ranging from 4-6 hours.
• Tenancy Cleaning: This service is priced at £25 per hour and is tailored to meet landlord and tenancy requirements.
• Post-Construction Cleaning: Starts at £30 per hour due to the extensive cleaning needed after construction work.

6. Can I provide my own cleaning products?

• Yes, you can provide your own cleaning products. However, if you’d like us to bring our own, we can provide products, but please ensure that your home has essential equipment like a vacuum or mop, as we travel by bus for move-in and move-out services.

7. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

• It’s not necessary for you to be home during the cleaning. Many clients prefer to be away to allow us to work efficiently, but we can discuss your preferences when booking.

 
8. What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?
